I have graduated from a well renowned University of Pakistan, and joined a Nasdaq enlisted only Pakistani company MTBC as management trainee officer in May 2014. After serving four months as MTO, I got promoted as TEAM LEAD- Revenue Cycle Management on September 2014, my basic task is to manage revenue cycle for the Providers sitting back in US, handling teams, coordinate with clients in US and helps them to resolve there issues, I am handling revenue cycle of almost 1 million dollar, I again get promoted as Lead Account Manager on 1st November, 2016, and after serving for 2 years on this post I again get a promotion and become Assistant director operations in may 2019

•Manage complete revenue cycle of assigned practices.
•Ensure quality, timeliness & accuracy in the entire billing process
•Resolve medical claims related issues of complex nature
•Communication with the clients and insurance companies
•Communication with head office regarding practice issues.
